Semantics and name
The textarea is the one field; everything else describes it.
Name and description
The label is linked with `for`/`id`; the support row and the counter are referenced by `aria-describedby`.
Counter
The counter becomes a polite live region only close to the limit. With plenty of room it stays silent instead of announcing every keystroke.
Keyboard and focus
Typing is native; the grip works without a pointer.
Grip
With `resizable` the grip joins the tab order. ArrowUp and ArrowDown step the height, PageUp and PageDown step it faster, Home returns to the minimum and End to the maximum, and Escape drops a manual height so `autoGrow` takes over again.

Enter inserts a line break as in any textarea; the footer's actions come next in the tab order.
