A top bar built as a compound family: MAppBar owns layout integration and the scroll fill, while MAppBarNav, MAppBarTitle, and MAppBarActions place themselves. Size and alignment are independent axes, and a subtitle works on every size.App Bar
Page identity, one or two actions
Reach for MAppBar when a screen needs a persistent header: it describes the current page and offers the one or two most essential actions. Frequent page actions belong in a toolbar instead.

- Alignment is its own axisalign is start or center, independent of size. The legacy center-aligned value maps to small + center.
